Privacy notice

Who we are

Motorhome Aires is a trading name of Timmisun Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 14037226, registered office 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE. We are the controller of the details you give us.

What we collect

Your name and email address, and whether you're a host or a traveller, if you tell us.

Why

To email you about becoming a founding host, or to tell you when the map opens. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give when you send the form. You can withdraw it at any time: every email we send has an unsubscribe link, or you can reply "stop".

Where it's kept

On a server we run in a UK data centre, in our customer database. We don't sell your details. We share them only with the UK company that hosts our server, and only so it can keep the server running.

How long

We keep your details until 12 months after the map launches, or until you ask us to stop, if that's sooner. If you become a host, we keep them for as long as you're listed and for 12 months afterwards, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, object to how we use them, or tell us to stop contacting you. We'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies and tracking

No advertising trackers. We count visits with anonymous visit statistics (Matomo, hosted by us, with no cookies, IP addresses anonymised and Do Not Track honoured). The sign-up form sets no cookies.
